In 2008, Grants from FAITH funded the purchase and distribution of “The Journey: The Greek American Dream” to every Greek Orthodox parish in the United States. The film, directed by Maria Iliou, documents a century of Greek immigration to the United States. FAITH sponsored two special screenings of the documentary film in Chicago and Boston. There was a special evening program hosted by Mr. John P. Calamos on behalf of FAITH and co-presented by Greek America Magazine and Proteas Foundation at the Art Institute of Chicago on March 31st, 2008. The Boston screening of Maria Iliou’s documentary was hosted at the Museum of Fine Arts on September 14th, 2008
