Mr. Peter T. Kikis †

Mr. Peter T. Kikis was raised in New Rochelle New York. He received his Bachelors’ Degree from Princeton University and served as a Captain in US Army. Mr. Kikis was the President and a Principal of Spencer Management Company, a real estate development and management company in New York since 1950.

Mr. Kikis served as a Principal of McRoberts Protective Agency, a New York based provider of security guard services from 1972 to 1992. He was made Chairman of Command Security Corp in September, 2006. He served as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of McRoberts Protective Agency, a New York based provider of security guard services from 1972 to 1992. He was Director of Command Security Corp. since August, 2004. He also served as Director of Deltec International S.A. and Atlas Capital Group Holdings S.A. Previously, Mr. Kikis served as an Investor and a Director of Command Security Corp. from February 24, 1995 to September 2000.

Mr. Kikis was an Original Founder of the FAITH, and served as the Endowment’s President since its inception until his passing in March 2013. He was also a member of Leadership 100, and an Archon of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostel. He supported several philanthropic causes and served as Honorary Trustee of Lenox Hill Hospital in New York.

Mr. Kikis married Helen Kalevas in 1955 and they had one son and three grandchildren.
